The Roll Stepper is very effective in working the hips, buttocks and thighs, and is easy to use for men and women of all fitness levels.
There are lots of ways you can move your body to target different muscle groups when using your Roll Stepper. Here are 3 ways (see pictures) to get you started:
Arm Raises: While completing step motions on the Roll Stepper, raise your arms alternately in synch with your legs.
Touching Knees: Place your hands on your knees while using the Roll Stepper.
Arm Swings: Swing your arms forward and backward alternately in synch with your steps
Step/Min: Speed of your exercising measured by number of steps you take per minute.
Scan: Continuously cycles through all the modes every 2 seconds.
Count: Displays number of steps you have taken during your session.
Time: Duration of your session measured in minutes and seconds.
Calorie: Displays the estimated calories burned during your session.
