The 10 Minute HIIT Workout!
OK, So I have to admit that working out for an hour a day is hard. I get it. Who has the time to commit to doing it 3 – 5 times a week? Let alone every day as some would suggest! But if I showed a sick HIIT workout that you could do every day in only 10 minutes…would you be willing to commit to that? Hopefully, most of you out there will say yes!
But I started doing shorter workouts with the 20 Minute Insanity Workout and have never looked back. So when I caught this YouTube video by Mike Donavik when I was doing some more research on HIIT workouts it was an eye opener. Nice variety of exercises and he provides entertainment while he busts his butt with you. This is a Metabolism booster that I recommended to my daughter who is getting married and wants to get in better shape.
